O desafio

A contabilidade está sendo reescrita. O que era conferência manual de documento, planilha e sistema está virando processo instrumentado, com dado limpo e inteligência artificial no meio do caminho. E a reforma tributária muda as regras a partir de 2027. Quem compreender essas transformações agora vai construir uma carreira muito diferente de quem só for entender daqui a cinco anos.

A vaga está aberta tanto para quem faz técnico em Contabilidade e Administração quanto para quem faz Desenvolvimento de Sistemas, Informática e TI. Os dois perfis têm lugar aqui, e eles aprendem muito um com o outro.

Missão da posição

Apoiar a operação que entrega atendimento consultivo, rotinas fiscais e contábeis aos nossos clientes, contribuindo para que tudo seja feito com organização, qualidade e no prazo. Você vai conhecer a rotina por dentro, ajudar a manter as informações corretas e em dia, e participar das iniciativas de melhoria, inclusive aprendendo a usar ferramentas de inteligência artificial para fazer o trabalho de forma mais rápida e mais precisa.

O que você vai fazer

  • Organizar, conferir e atualizar informações e documentos dos clientes
  • Ajudar a identificar inconsistências e a resolvê-las
  • Trabalhar com planilhas, sistemas internos, CRM e outras ferramentas digitais
  • Apoiar a organização e a melhoria dos processos internos
  • Achar a tarefa repetitiva da semana e propor um jeito melhor de fazer
  • Elaborar e manter controles, relatórios e apresentações

O que você precisa ter

Buscamos pessoas que tenham muita vontade de se desenvolver em um ambiente dinâmico e que oferece muitas oportunidades. Assim como nós, esperamos pessoas com visão processual, proatividade, resolutividade e foco no cliente. Além de fluência digital, é preciso:

  • Estar matriculado em curso técnico de Contabilidade, Administração, Desenvolvimento de Sistemas, Informática, Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas relacionadas
  • Ter previsão de conclusão do curso entre julho/2027 e dezembro/2028
  • Ter vontade de aprender sobre contabilidade, negócios e tecnologia
  • Escrever com clareza

São diferenciais, e não requisitos:

  • Conhecimento de Excel ou Google Sheets
  • Participação em projetos escolares, competições, grêmio, projetos pessoais ou experiência anterior
  • Noções de programação ou automação
  • Já ter usado IA nos estudos ou em projetos próprios

Como é a seleção
