• Support customer quality and product-performance investigations by providing application information, field observations, troubleshooting, and technical input into root-cause analysis.

• Partner with Product Management, R&D, Design Engineering, Operations, and global technical teams to evaluate customer requirements and determine whether products or solutions should be modified or developed.

• Support R&D and new product development activities through field knowledge, application requirements, testing, and customer validation.

• Work with Regional Segment Specialists and PMMs to support key market, customer, and growth initiatives.

• Participate in regional and global technical/application knowledge sharing and bring relevant best practices back to the Americas commercial organization.

• Provide field feedback on recurring application challenges, product performance, competitive solutions, and technical needs.

• Strong project management, organization, attention to detail, and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple technical requests and customer projects.

• Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to confidently communicate technical recommendations to internal teams and external customers.

• Customer-focused with strong follow-through and personal accountability.

• Comfortable working independently while knowing when to escalate complex technical issues.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
