Objetivo do trabalho

O Atendente de Loja tem como principal objetivo proporcionar uma excelente experiência de compra aos clientes, oferecendo um atendimento cordial, ágil e eficiente. Além de prestar suporte na escolha de produtos, é responsável por manter o setor organizado, abastecido e atrativo, bem como realizar as operações de caixa quando necessário, contribuindo para o bom funcionamento da loja e para a satisfação dos clientes.

Responsabilidades

  • Recepcionar os clientes de forma cordial, identificando suas necessidades e oferecendo um atendimento de excelência.
  • Auxiliar os clientes na localização de produtos e fornecer informações sobre itens, preços e promoções.
  • Manter o setor designado organizado, limpo, abastecido e com a correta exposição dos produtos.
  • Realizar a reposição de mercadorias sempre que necessário, garantindo a boa apresentação da loja.
  • Operar o caixa, realizando abertura, recebimento de pagamentos, fechamento e conferência das operações, seguindo os procedimentos da empresa.
  • Contribuir para a organização geral da loja e apoiar as demais atividades operacionais, sempre que necessário.
  • Participar de treinamentos e capacitações, buscando constante desenvolvimento e atualização sobre produtos, processos e atendimento.
  • Trabalhar em equipe, colaborando para um ambiente de trabalho produtivo e focado na excelência no atendimento.

Qualificações

  • Conhecimento básico em atendimento ao cliente.
  • Boa comunicação verbal e relacionamento interpessoal.
  • Organização, atenção aos detalhes e comprometimento com a qualidade do atendimento.
  • Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e administrar diferentes atividades durante a rotina da loja.
  • Proatividade, agilidade e disposição para aprender.

Qualificações educacionais

  • Ensino Médio completo.

Experiências profissionais

  • Não é necessário possuir experiência anterior.
  • Vivência em atendimento ao cliente, operação de caixa ou comércio varejista será considerada um diferencial.

Conhecimentos e habilidades

  • Noções básicas de atendimento ao cliente e operação de caixa.
  • Organização e zelo pelo ambiente de trabalho.
  • Facilidade para lidar com o público e compreender as necessidades dos clientes.
  • Agilidade na execução das atividades e capacidade de atuar de forma colaborativa.
  • Interesse em aprender sobre os produtos e processos da empresa.
