Objetivo do trabalho

O Atendente de Loja será responsável por recepcionar e atender os clientes, auxiliando na identificação de produtos e fornecendo informações sobre características, preços e promoções. Também contribuirá para a organização do ambiente, reposição de mercadorias e manutenção da boa apresentação da loja, garantindo uma experiência de compra positiva e um atendimento de qualidade.

Responsabilidades

  1. Recepcionar os clientes de forma cordial, identificando suas necessidades e oferecendo suporte durante a experiência de compra.
  2. Auxiliar na localização e escolha de produtos, fornecendo informações claras e precisas.
  3. Organizar e repor mercadorias nas prateleiras, mantendo os produtos bem-dispostos e acessíveis.
  4. Zelar pela organização, limpeza e conservação do ambiente de trabalho.
  5. Trabalhar em conjunto com a equipe para garantir o bom funcionamento das atividades da loja.
  6. Demonstrar atenção às demandas dos clientes e proatividade na resolução de situações do dia a dia.
  7. Seguir as orientações da liderança e os procedimentos internos da empresa.

Qualificações

  • Atenção e concentração na execução das atividades.
  • Proatividade para identificar necessidades e solucionar situações do cotidiano.
  • Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe.
  • Boa comunicação e cordialidade no atendimento ao cliente.
  • Organização e responsabilidade no cumprimento das tarefas.
  • Disponibilidade para atuar em escala aos domingos e feriados.

Qualificações educacionais

  • Ensino Médio completo.

Experiências profissionais

  • Experiência mínima de 6 meses.
  • Vivência em atendimento ao cliente, vendas ou comércio varejista será considerada relevante para a função.

  • Atendimento ao cliente e identificação de suas necessidades.
  • Organização e reposição de mercadorias.
  • Comunicação clara e relacionamento interpessoal.
  • Agilidade e atenção na realização das atividades.
