* Objetivo do trabalho: O Comprador atuará na aquisição de produtos e materiais que atendam as necessidades das lojas da Amoedo. O profissional será responsável por garantir a eficiência nas compras, visando a qualidade dos materiais e o melhor preço, contribuindo para a competitividade da empresa no mercado. O trabalho requer interação com fornecedores e análise de mercado para apoiar decisões de compras estratégicas.

A Amoedo Materiais de Construção está em busca de um(a) profissional para integrar o nosso time de Compras, com foco na categoria de climatização.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Realizar a compra de produtos de climatização, como aparelhos de ar-condicionado, ventiladores, climatizadores, peças e acessórios;
  • Negociar preços, prazos, condições comerciais e verbas promocionais com fornecedores;
  • Desenvolver novos fornecedores e fortalecer parcerias estratégicas;
  • Analisar vendas, margens, giro, cobertura e níveis de estoque;
  • Planejar o abastecimento das lojas, reduzindo rupturas e excessos;
  • Acompanhar tendências de mercado, sazonalidade e ações da concorrência;
  • Participar da definição do mix de produtos e de campanhas promocionais;
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com as áreas Comercial, Logística, Marketing e Operações.

Requisitos

  • Experiência na área de Compras, preferencialmente nos segmentos de climatização, materiais de construção, varejo ou home center;
  • Conhecimento de produtos e fornecedores da categoria de climatização;
  • Habilidade em negociação e análise de indicadores comerciais;
  • Domínio de Excel;
  • Boa comunicação, organização e visão estratégica;
  • Ensino superior completo em Administração, Engenharia, Logística, Economia ou áreas correlatas.

Diferenciais

  • Conhecimento em gestão de categorias;
  • Experiência com sistema Protheus;
  • Relacionamento com fabricantes e distribuidores do setor;
  • Conhecimento de indicadores como margem, giro, ruptura e cobertura de estoque.
