* Objetivo do trabalho: O fiscal de prevenção tem como principal objetivo garantir a segurança e a integridade dos produtos e das instalações da loja, prevenindo perdas e danos. A função envolve monitorar as atividades do ambiente de trabalho, assegurando que as normas de segurança sejam cumpridas e realizando ações que contribuam para a redução de riscos. Este profissional atua diretamente no atendimento ao cliente, preservando um ambiente seguro e organizado.

* Responsabilidades:

- Monitorar e realizar rondas pela loja para identificar e prevenir possíveis furtos ou danos aos produtos e instalações.

- Analisar e registrar situações que possam comprometer a segurança, reportando anomalias à liderança imediata.

- Colaborar com a equipe no cumprimento das normas de segurança, orientando os colegas sobre práticas preventivas.

- Realizar atendimento a clientes em caso de necessidade, garantindo uma abordagem cordial e efetiva.

- Participar de treinamentos e capacitações, aplicando o conhecimento adquirido para melhoria contínua do serviço prestado.

- Interagir com outros setores da empresa para assegurar a integração das ações de prevenção e segurança.

* Qualificações:

- Conhecimento prático em normas de segurança e prevenção de perdas no ambiente varejista.

- Habilidade de observação e atenção aos detalhes.

- Boa comunicação, tanto verbal quanto escrita, para interagir com clientes e equipes.

- Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e de maneira autônoma.

* Qualificações educacionais: Ensino médio completo.

* Experiências profissionais: Experiência anterior em funções relacionadas à segurança, fiscalização, ou atendimento ao cliente será considerada um diferencial.
