* Objetivo do trabalho: O Fiscal de Prevenção atua na identificação e prevenção de perdas, garantindo a segurança dos produtos e do ambiente de trabalho. Esse profissional é responsável por monitorar áreas estratégicas da loja, prevenir ocorrências de furtos e zelar pela disciplina e integridade da equipe. O trabalho visa colaborar na proteção do patrimônio da empresa e na manutenção de um ambiente seguro para todos.

* Responsabilidades:

- Monitorar o comportamento dos clientes e colaboradores, identificando ações suspeitas para prevenir perdas e furtos.

- Realizar contagens de estoque e acompanhar a entrada e saída de produtos, garantindo a acuracidade das informações.

- Manter a segurança das instalações e equipamentos da loja, realizando inspeções regulares.

- Reportar incidentes e elaborar relatórios sobre ocorrências, sugerindo melhorias nas práticas de segurança.

- Colaborar com a equipe de gestão para promover um ambiente de trabalho seguro e disciplinado.

- Participar de treinamentos e capacitações fornecidos pela empresa, aplicando os conhecimentos adquiridos no desempenho das funções.

* Qualificações:

- Conhecimento prático em segurança patrimonial e prevenção de perdas.

- Habilidades de observação e análise para identificar comportamentos suspeitos.

- Boa comunicação e capacidade para trabalhar em equipe.

- Habilidade para resolver problemas de forma rápida e eficaz.

** Qualificações educacionais: Ensino Médio completo. Cursos na área de segurança e prevenção de perdas são considerados diferenciais.

** Experiências profissionais: Experiência anterior em atividades de fiscalização, segurança ou prevenção de perdas em comércios ou ambientes similares será um diferencial. Estágios e vivências na área também são aceitos como experiência relevante.

** CONHECIMENTOS, HABILIDADES: Conhecimento prático: familiaridade suficiente com princípios e práticas de segurança para lidar com situações rotineiras e resolver problemas simples relacionados à prevenção de perdas.

  • Escolaridade: Ensino médio completo
