* Objetivo do trabalho: O Vendedor é responsável por prestar atendimento ao cliente, proporcionando uma experiência de compra positiva e satisfatória. Essa função é fundamental para garantir que os clientes recebam informações precisas sobre produtos e serviços, além de fomentar o aumento nas vendas e a fidelização dos clientes. O vendedor atua como o primeiro ponto de contato entre a empresa e o cliente, buscando atender a suas necessidades e expectativas.

* Responsabilidades:

- Atender clientes em loja, identificando suas necessidades e orientando sobre produtos e serviços.

- Realizar vendas, promovendo os produtos disponíveis e esclarecendo dúvidas.

- Manter a organização e a limpeza da área de trabalho, para proporcionar um ambiente agradável.

- Acompanhar a entrega de produtos vendidos, garantindo que os clientes recebam o que foi prometido.

- Colaborar com a equipe em ações de promoção e vendas, contribuindo para o alcance das metas estabelecidas.

- Participar de treinamentos regulares oferecidos pela empresa, visando aprimorar conhecimentos e técnicas de vendas.

- Manter-se atualizado sobre lançamentos e novidades do mercado de materiais de construção e decoração.

* Qualificações:

- Conhecimento prático em atendimento ao cliente e vendas, com capacidade para interagir de forma eficiente e cordial.

- Habilidade em comunicação verbal clara e objetiva, facilitando a compreensão dos clientes sobre produtos.

- Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e colaborar com os colegas para o sucesso das vendas.

- Flexibilidade e disposição para aprender e adaptar-se a novas técnicas e produtos.

** Qualificações educacionais: Ensino médio completo; curso de vendas ou atendimento ao cliente será um diferencial.

** Experiências profissionais: Experiência prévia em vendas, atendimento ao cliente ou em ambiente de varejo será considerada um diferencial, mesmo que não seja formal (estágios ou trabalhos temporários).

** CONHECIMENTOS, HABILIDADES: Conhecimento prático sobre produtos de construção e decoração, e habilidades em uso básico de ferramentas de informática para registro de vendas e consultas.
