Com 1.200 colaboradores e 16 lojas, a Amoedo busca aprimorar sempre seus serviços. * Objetivo do trabalho: O vendedor na loja Recreio tem como principal objetivo oferecer um atendimento de qualidade aos clientes, auxiliando-os na escolha de produtos e serviços. A função é essencial para garantir uma experiência positiva de compra e fortalecer a imagem de excelência que a Amoedo representa no varejo. O vendedor atua diretamente no atendimento, influenciando a satisfação do cliente e contribuindo para os resultados de vendas da loja.

* Responsabilidades: - Receber e atender clientes, proporcionando informações sobre produtos e serviços de forma clara e objetiva, visando garantir uma experiência positiva de compra. - Auxiliar os clientes na escolha de materiais para construção, reforma e decoração, contribuindo para a maximização das vendas e satisfação do consumidor. - Organizar e manter a área de vendas em condições adequadas, assegurando a exposição correta dos produtos e o cumprimento das normas da loja. - Operar o caixa e realizar transações financeiras, assegurando precisão nas vendas e registro de pagamentos. - Contribuir em equipe para o alcance das metas de vendas estabelecidas pela gerência, participando ativamente de treinamentos e capacitações oferecidos pela empresa.

* Qualificações: - Conhecimento prático em atendimento ao cliente e no setor de vendas. - Habilidade em comunicação verbal e capacidade de persuasão. - Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e sob pressão. - Proatividade e disposição para aprender sobre os produtos oferecidos pela loja. - Formação educacional básica, preferencialmente cursando ensino médio.

* Qualificações educacionais: Ensino médio completo ou cursando.

* Experiências profissionais: Experiência anterior em atendimento ao cliente ou vendas, mesmo que em estágio ou atividades relacionadas, será um diferencial.

* CONHECIMENTOS, HABILIDADES: - Conhecimento prático em vendas e atendimento ao cliente. - Familiaridade com técnicas de negociação e persuasão. - Capacidade de trabalhar de forma multitarefa em um ambiente dinâmico. - Boa comunicação verbal e escrita.
