* Objetivo do trabalho: O Vendedor - Televendas tem como principal objetivo fornecer suporte e atendimento aos clientes por meio de chamadas telefônicas, garantindo a satisfação e a fidelização dos mesmos. O profissional irá atuar na venda de produtos de materiais para construção e decoração, ajudando os clientes a encontrar soluções adequadas às suas necessidades. Este cargo é essencial para promover o crescimento e a imagem da empresa no mercado.

* Responsabilidades:

- Realizar atendimento ao cliente por telefone, esclarecendo dúvidas sobre produtos e serviços de forma clara e objetiva.

- Efetuar vendas por telefone, apresentando as características e benefícios dos produtos, visando atingir as metas estabelecidas.

- Registar pedidos e informações relevantes no sistema, assegurando precisão nos dados para o departamento de logística e faturamento.

- Manter-se atualizado sobre os produtos e promoções disponíveis, para oferecer informações corretas e atraentes aos clientes.

- Colaborar com a equipe para melhorar processos e estratégias de vendas, contribuindo ativamente para o ambiente de trabalho e para os resultados da empresa.

- Participar de treinamentos e capacitações periódicas oferecidos pela empresa, visando o aprimoramento profissional e o desenvolvimento de habilidades.

* Qualificações:

- Conhecimento prático em vendas e atendimento ao cliente, familiaridade com sistemas de gestão de pedidos e produtos.

- Habilidade de comunicação clara e eficaz, tanto verbal quanto escrita, para interagir com os clientes de forma adequada.

- Capacidade de trabalhar em um ambiente dinâmico, mantendo a organização das informações e priorizando tarefas.

- Disposição para aprender e se adaptar a novas tecnologias e métodos de venda.

- Habilidade em trabalhar em equipe e colaborar com colegas para alcançar metas comuns.

* Qualificações educacionais: Ensino Médio completo. Desejável formação superior em áreas relacionadas ou cursos voltados para vendas e atendimento ao cliente.

* Experiências profissionais: É desejável experiência anterior em vendas, especialmente em televendas ou atendimento por telefone. Estágios ou experiências de graduação podem ser considerados.

* CONHECIMENTOS, HABILIDADES: Conhecimento prático em técnicas de venda e atendimento ao cliente. Familiaridade com produtos de construção e decoração é um diferencial. Habilidades de resolução de problemas e negociação são importantes para o desempenho na função.
