SOBRE A VAGA:

Estamos em busca de um(a) Coordenador(a) de Suprimentos para liderar a área, com atuação estratégica em compras, negociação com fornecedores e otimização de custos. Essa pessoa será responsável por conduzir negociações de maior complexidade e impacto financeiro, gerir as principais contas e transformar análises técnicas e comerciais em recomendações claras para apoiar a tomada de decisão da alta direção.

RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Coordenar o planejamento e abastecimento de materiais e serviços, garantindo a continuidade da produção e o atendimento aos clientes;
  • Gerenciar estoques e parâmetros de reposição, buscando reduzir excessos, obsolescência e custos;
  • Conduzir negociações estratégicas, processos de BID e gestão de fornecedores, buscando melhores condições comerciais e oportunidades de saving;
  • Analisar propostas e especificações técnicas, considerando qualidade, rastreabilidade e segurança no fornecimento;
  • Atuar em conjunto com as áreas internas, participar das estratégias de contratação de fretes e rotinas de S&OP, acompanhando indicadores e oportunidades de melhoria;
  • Elaborar reports e apresentar análises e recomendações à alta direção, além de liderar e desenvolver a equipe.

REQUISITOS:

  • Formação superior completa em Administração, Engenharia de Produção, Logística ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência mínima de 5 anos na área de Suprimentos/Compras, preferencialmente em ambiente industrial;
  • Experiência em liderança de equipes e gestão de fornecedores;
  • Vivência em negociações estratégicas, processos de BID, análise de propostas e gestão de contratos;
  • Conhecimento em compras industriais, especificações técnicas e gestão de estoques;
  • Inglês avançado/fluente, com capacidade de comunicação e negociação com fornecedores internacionais;
  • Disponibilidade para viagens nacionais e internacionais;
  • Excel avançado e conhecimento em sistemas ERP/MRP.

DESEJÁVEL:

  • Conhecimento em Power BI, S&OP, planejamento de demanda e melhoria contínua;
  • Espanhol intermediário.
