Job Summary

The Innisfree Beauty Advisor is responsible for promoting and selling Innisfree products while delivering exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. The role involves providing personalised skincare consultations, educating customers on product knowledge and application, and building long-term customer relationships to drive sales performance and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales and Customer Service

  • Promote and sell Innisfree products to achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Deliver prompt, polite and personalised customer service to build strong customer relationships and enhance brand loyalty.
  • Demonstrate effective selling techniques, including customer approach, needs identification, product recommendation and closing sales.
  • Maximise available sales opportunities and utilise the tools provided to achieve targets set by the Area Manager.
  • Handle customer enquiries, complaints and product returns professionally.

2. Skincare Consultation and Customer Relationship Management

  • Conduct accurate skin profiling and personalised skincare consultations for new and existing customers.
  • Educate customers on product features, benefits, usage and application techniques.
  • Register, maintain and update customer information in the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
  • Schedule customer appointments and conduct skincare consultations as required.
  • Follow up with customers after purchases via telephone or other communication channels to ensure product satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases.

3. Counter Management and Visual Merchandising

  • Merchandise and maintain product displays according to the monthly marketing focus and promotional guidelines.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene by regularly cleaning counters, testers and product displays.
  • Ensure the counter is presentable and products are properly displayed at all times.

4. Grooming and Teamwork

  • Adhere to Innisfree's grooming standards, including makeup, hairstyle, uniform and accessories.
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with team members to promote a harmonious and collaborative working environment.
  • Carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Retail Manager or Counter Manager.

Job requirement

  • Minimum GCE N-Level qualificationor equivalent.
  • Prior experience in retail,beauty or customer service is preferred.
  • Passionate about skincare, beautyproducts and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Good communication andinterpersonal skills, with a positive and approachable personality.
  • Customer-oriented with a strongwillingness to learn product knowledge and skincare consultation techniques.
  • Sales-driven and motivated toachieve sales targets.
  • Well-groomed, presentable andable to uphold Innisfree's grooming standards.
  • Responsible, proactive and ableto work independently as well as in a team.
  • Able to work on weekends, publicholidays and flexible shifts, based on operational needs.
  • Willing to support daily counteroperations, including cashiering, replenishment, housekeeping and visual merchandising.
