This individual should be comfortable balancing project leadership with day-to-day design execution, managing multiple priorities, and delivering thoughtful, detail-oriented work within a fast-paced environment.

Principal Accountabilities

• Lead and execute creative projects from concept development through final production across 360° campaigns, product launches, digital, social, retail/VMD, events, OOH, print, and video. • Remain highly hands-on in design execution, producing best-in-class creative work while providing direction and guidance to designers and freelancers as needed. • Partner closely with the Senior Art Director to develop creative concepts and translate overarching creative direction into compelling, channel-specific executions. • Develop creative concepts and visual solutions that balance brand storytelling, consumer experience, and business objectives. • Translate key campaign concepts across multiple channels, formats, and consumer touchpoints while maintaining a cohesive and consistent visual system. • Take ownership of assigned projects, balancing creative leadership, hands-on execution, and day-to-day decision-making to ensure work is delivered at a consistently high standard. • Ensure consistency of the LANEIGE brand identity and visual language across all creative executions. • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Digital, Social, Retail/VMD, E-commerce, Integrated Communications, and Project Management teams from concept through final execution. • Provide thoughtful creative direction, feedback, and mentorship to junior designers and external creative partners as needed. • Present creative concepts and design rationale clearly and effectively to Creative leadership and cross-functional partners. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and consistently deliver high-quality work within tight timelines. • Partner with Project Management and Creative leadership to identify project needs, anticipate challenges, and ensure on-time delivery. • Stay current on emerging trends across beauty, fashion, retail, digital, social, design, technology, and AI, and identify relevant opportunities to elevate the brand. • Contribute to the continued development of Creative team processes, best practices, and overall design standards.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
