Deine Aufgaben

  • End-to-End FullStack-Delivery. Du baust Features von Postgres bis UI selbst. Python für Services und Simulation, TypeScript/React für unsere Web-Apps, GraphQL/REST dazwischen.
  • AI-Engineering. Du formst mit, wie wir mit AI Software bauen — Skills, Hooks, Sub-Agents, Eval-Pipelines in unserem Setup. Claude Code ist unser Standard-Werkzeug.
  • Plattform-Architektur. Du gestaltest die Architektur end-to-end über unsere gesamte Plattform mit — Frontend wie Backend, ein Team, ein gemeinsamer Task-Pool, keine Produkt-Silos.
  • Du x CTO. Direkter Draht für Architektur-Roadmap, Stack-Entscheidungen und AI-Strategie. Diskussionspartner auf Augenhöhe.
  • Frischer Wind. Du bringst neue Patterns rein, deckst Blindspots auf und hinterfragst Bestehendes – respektierst gleichzeitig, warum es so geworden ist, wie es ist.

Dein Profil

  • 5+ Jahre FullStack-Erfahrung auf Senior- bis Principal-Niveau in produktiven Web-Anwendungen / SaaS-Platformen.
  • Du bewegst dich als Experte in den Bereichen TypeScript, React, und NodeJS – du bist im Hintergrund auch mit Python und PostgreSQL vertraut. Umfangreiche APIs, Umgestaltungen oder eine Datenbankschemamigration sind für dich keine Hürden.
  • AI-Engineering ist dein zweites Standbein. Du nutzt Claude Code (oder vergleichbare Agent-Tools) nicht nur — du baust damit. Eigene Skills, Hooks, Sub-Agents, Eval-Setups. Idealerweise hast du AI-Strategie für ein Team oder eine Firma schon mitgeprägt.
  • Architektur-Mindset. Du denkst über einzelne Features hinaus — Datenmodell, API-Grenzen, Stages-Risiko-Mapping, Trade-offs. Ship/Show/Ask enabled dich.
  • Mentoring. Du teilst Wissen aktiv über Code-Reviews, Pairing und schriftliche Architektur-Notizen — willst andere stärker machen und mitnehmen.
  • Remote-Disziplin. Du kannst remote effektiv und strukturiert arbeiten – mit dokumentierten Entscheidungen und transparenter Kommunikation.
  • Deutsch auf C1-Niveau oder Muttersprache. Interne wie externe Kommunikation läuft auf Deutsch.
  • Nice to have: React Router 7+ (unser FullStack-Framework), Redis, Azure/AKS/ArgoCD, Energie- oder Immobilien-Domain, Erfahrung mit Datenpipelines.
