Make basic machine adjustments and troubleshoot equipment within the scope of your training. Assist with die changes, tooling installation, and machine setups. Monitor tooling for wear, damage, or abnormal operating conditions. Accurately record production quantities, scrap, downtime, and quality information. Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S practices. Follow all PPE, machine guarding, lockout/tagout, and facility safety requirements. Participate in continuous improvement efforts focused on safety, quality, productivity, and reducing waste. Cross-train on additional stamping equipment, secondary operations, and manufacturing processes as needed. Work closely with Production, Engineering, Tool Room, and Quality teams to resolve manufacturing issues.

Preferred Qualifications We’d especially like to hear from you if you have:

Experience using calipers, micrometers, gauges, or other precision measurement tools. Experience reading blueprints, drawings, or manufacturing specifications. Experience with quality inspection documentation. Technical training in manufacturing, machining, tooling, or industrial maintenance. Familiarity with lean manufacturing and 5S principles.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
