Misión del puesto

Estamos incorporando un/a Delegado/a del Área Social para la Comunidad Valenciana, con el objetivo de reforzar el conocimiento interno de GAES en el ámbito del trabajo social y ofrecer soporte especializado a nuestras tiendas. Tu misión será gestionar el área social de GAES en la región y convertirte en el referente para las tiendas: colaborarás con los equipos, los profesionales del trabajo social y las entidades de tu entorno para mejorar la atención y la satisfacción de nuestros clientes de ámbito social.

Estarás orientado/a a cumplir los objetivos del Área Social, crear sinergias con los diferentes departamentos de la compañía y dar a conocer los recursos del área a organismos públicos y privados, impulsando además la colaboración con entidades sociales vinculadas a la salud auditiva.

Ubicación: residencia en Valencia o alrededores Movilidad: viajes regulares por la zona (imprescindible carnet de conducir). Se ofrece coche de empresa para el desarrollo de la actividad profesional.

¿Cómo será tu día a día?

  • Difusión del Área Social y de la marca GAES entre profesionales del ámbito social, sanitario y diferentes entidades.
  • Contacto y coordinación con centros auditivos, área médica, trabajadoras sociales, residencias, asociaciones y otras entidades colaboradoras.
  • Apoyo y coordinación con los centros auditivos en todo lo relacionado con el Área Social.
  • Organización de visitas, charlas, jornadas sociales y participación en congresos y eventos del sector.
  • Gestión de ayudas económicas, convenios con entidades, derivaciones y solicitudes relacionadas con el Área Social.
  • Valoración de usuarios para perfil social y seguimiento de los casos.

¿Qué aportarás al equipo?

  • Grado o Licenciatura en Trabajo Social.
  • Experiencia y conocimiento en ámbito social imprescindible
  • Carnet de conducir y disponibilidad para viajar en la zona.
