O profissional será responsável pelo gerenciamento operacional dos programas, apoiando o Especialista em Governança na coordenação das atividades, acompanhamento da execução, controle de prazos, consolidação de informações e interface entre equipes técnicas, comunidades, prestadores de serviço e contratante.

A atuação será focada na gestão diária dos programas, garantindo que todas as ações previstas sejam executadas conforme planejamento, cronograma, orçamento e requisitos do licenciamento ambiental.

Principais responsabilidades · Atuar como Secretaria Executiva dos Programas Socioambientais sob sua responsabilidade. · Apoiar a coordenação na gestão operacional dos PBAQs e dos Programas Socioeconômicos. · Elaborar, acompanhar e atualizar planos de ação. · Controlar cronogramas físicos e financeiros dos programas. · Acompanhar a execução das ações e atividades previstas nos programas ambientais. · Monitorar prazos, entregas, pendências e indicadores de desempenho. · Organizar reuniões técnicas e comunitárias, elaborando pautas, atas e registros de encaminhamentos. · Realizar interface permanente entre equipes técnicas, especialistas, prestadores de serviço e coordenação do projeto. · Organizar e manter atualizado o sistema de gestão dos programas, garantindo o registro das informações e evidências. · Receber, conferir, catalogar e arquivar documentos comprobatórios das atividades executadas. · Acompanhar contratos, produtos e entregas dos fornecedores envolvidos nos programas. · Produzir relatórios técnicos e gerenciais de acompanhamento. · Consolidar indicadores físicos, financeiros e de desempenho. · Apoiar a preparação de apresentações executivas e reuniões de acompanhamento. · Apoiar a mobilização das comunidades e o planejamento logístico das atividades de campo. · Garantir a organização documental necessária para auditorias, fiscalizações e prestação de contas.
