Skilled pork deboner looking for a reliable position in Norway?

Deboning pork requires speed, clean technique, and consistency. We are looking for experienced Pork Deboners and Cutters who know how to work efficiently on a line while maintaining high meat quality and yield.

💰 What we offer

  • Salary: 236.09-266.09 nok/hour gross (based on experience & skills)
  • Location: Rogaland
  • 12% holiday pay
  • Subsidized accommodation for NOK 4,500 / month (Deposit: NOK 3,500).
  • Relocation support: Initial travel assistance can be arranged (cost deducted gradually from salary)
  • Great Work-Life Balance: Predictable hours and full support with paperwork and tax setup in Norway

🔧 Job tasks

  • Full Deboning: Skilled deboning of pork (ideally different parts)
  • Primal Cutting: Breaking down carcasses into high-value primal and secondary cuts.
  • Follow hygiene, safety, and animal welfare rules

🎯 What we are looking for

  • Professional experience in industrial pork deboning and cutting
  • Physically strong and used to manual work
  • Reliable and able to work in a team
  • Basic English is required
  • EU or EEA passport, or a valid right to work in Europe
