The posting

Conduzir inspeções nos locais de trabalho dos clientes, utilizando listas de verificação padronizadas para identificar riscos potenciais, fotografar, registrar, documentar e recomendar melhorias;

Desenvolver, revisar e atualizar documentos dos Clientes no sistema SOC como: PGR e LTCAT, assegurando a precisão das informações e a aderência às exigências legais.

Planejar e conduzir treinamentos que capacitem os funcionários e clientes, em Normas Regulamentadoras, Práticas Seguras e Resposta à Emergências;

Elaborar documentos pertinentes a segurança do Trabalho: Análise Preliminar dos Riscos (APR), Permissão de Trabalho (PT), Checklist de Segurança de Equipamentos, Permissão de Entrada e Trabalho (PET);

Acompanhar atividades de clientes (quando solicitado), montando equipamentos de segurança, realizando a abertura de formulário como a Permissão de Trabalho (PT) e Permissão de Entrada e Trabalho (PET), fazer inspeções nas frentes de trabalho, verificando locais e condições de trabalho, instalações em geral, uso de EPI’s e outros fatores causadores de acidentes de trabalho e doenças ocupacionais;

Elaborar Ordem de Serviços, Perfil Profissiográfico Previdenciário (PPP) para clientes e funcionários;

Controlar Ficha de EPI’s dos funcionários;

Realizar checklist mensal dos extintores de incêndio da Clínica e do escritório;

Participar de reuniões, programas de treinamento, desenvolvimento, qualidade de processos e procedimentos implantados pela empresa, tais como Programa 5’s, Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade, Segurança no trabalho e outros.

Auxiliar quando solicitado nos treinamentos de novos colaboradores.

Contribuir para o cumprimento de metas pré-estabelecidas da organização.

Assegurar a conformidade com as Normas Regulamentadoras e legislações pertinentes, promover práticas seguras nos ambientes de trabalho próprio e de clientes. As principais atividades incluem realizar visitas técnicas, elaborar relatórios e emitir documentos de segurança.
