Due to the continuous growth of our company, we are currently looking for an Assistant Financial Control Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Perform reconciliations of correspondent accounts (matching correspondent statements with bank records).
  • Use dedicated applications for account reconciliation processes.
  • Collaborate and communicate with various bank units and external correspondents when required.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of reconciliation activities in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word); Knowledge of MS Access is considered as an asset.
  • Experience with accounting/ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is considered an advantage.
  • Eager to develop knowledge of financial systems, applications, and accounting methodologies.
  • Fluency in Greek and in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Multi-tasking and organizational skills, ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
