Jouw rol als Amstadammer

Bij De Keyzer werk je met bewoners in de palliatieve zorg. Jij biedt persoonlijke zorg, observeert veranderingen en denkt mee in het team over de beste aanpak. Je ondersteunt bewoners én hun familie in deze kwetsbare periode.

Dit doe jij door:

  • Persoonlijke en respectvolle zorg te bieden aan bewoners en hun naasten.
  • Veranderingen in de situatie van bewoners te signaleren en hierop te handelen.
  • Samen te werken met collega’s van verschillende disciplines voor optimale zorg.
  • Bij te dragen aan een warme, veilige en rustige sfeer.
  • Actief mee te denken over verbeteringen in de palliatieve zorg.

Hier gebeurt het

De Keyzer is een plek waar bewoners zich thuis voelen in hun laatste levensfase. Je werkt in een hecht, betrokken team waar samenwerking centraal staat. Iedere dag is anders: van een gesprek of wandeling met een bewoner tot het ondersteunen bij comfortzorg. Je werkt in dag-, avond- en weekenddiensten, altijd in een team dat elkaar ondersteunt.

Je bent sensitief, staat stevig in je schoenen en kunt goed omgaan met emoties in de palliatieve zorg. Daarnaast heb je:

  • Een diploma als Verzorgende IG of Verpleegkunde.
  • Ervaring of interesse in palliatieve zorg en de wil om hierin te leren.
  • Sensitiviteit in contact met bewoners en hun naasten.
  • Bereidheid om scholing en ontwikkeling binnen palliatieve zorg te volgen.
  • Een warme, betrokken en professionele houding

  • Salaris volgens CAO VVT: FWG35 a 45, max. €4.245,84 bij 36 uur
  • Jaarcontract met intentie tot vast dienstverband
  • 8% vakantiegeld en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering.
  • 144 wettelijke, 58,4 bovenwettelijke en 35 extra verlofuren per jaar (36 uur)
  • Reiskostenvergoeding €0,19 netto per km (max. 40 km enkele reis)
  • Pensioenregeling bij PFZW
  • Mogelijkheden tot scholing en ontwikkeling binnen palliatieve zorg

Amsta is een Amsterdamse zorginstelling, met locaties door de hele stad. We ondersteunen

Amsterdammers die hulp nodig hebben, vooral ouderen en mensen met complexe zorgvragen. Dat doen we liefdevol en met oprechte aandacht voor wat elke bewoner of cliënt nodig heeft. Werken nauw samen met familie, naasten en vrijwilligers.
