Die Kita Gossau ist ein familienergänzendes Betreuungsangebot mit dem Ziel, Kleinkinder in ihrer körperlichen, geistigen, emotionalen und sozialen Entwicklung zu fördern. Sie ist Mitglied von kibesuisse (Dachverband der Kinderkrippen), ist zertifiziert als "Purzelbaum"-Kita und pflegt das Label "Fourchette verte".

Ihre Hauptaufgaben ###

  • Leitung einer Kindergruppe und Verantwortung für einen abwechslungsreichen, pädagogisch wertvollen Kita-Alltag
  • Individuelle Betreuung, Begleitung und Förderung der Kinder
  • Planung und Umsetzung pädagogischer Aktivitäten im Alltag
  • Fachliche und personelle Führung der Mitarbeitenden auf der Gruppe
  • Ansprechperson für Lernende sowie Praktikantinnen und Praktikanten

Ihr Profil ###

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachfrau/Fachmann Betreuung EFZ, Fachrichtung Kinder
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Gruppenleiter/in einer Kita
  • Wertschätzende und respektvolle Haltung gegenüber Kindern sowie deren Bezugspersonen
  • Hohe Flexibilität und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team
  • Motivation, Eigeninitiative und Engagement in der täglichen Arbeit
  • Verantwortungsbewusste, belastbare, hilfsbereite und kommunikative Persönlichkeit
