Die Schulsozialarbeit berät und unterstützt Schülerinnen und Schüler, Lehrpersonen und Eltern bei sozialen Problemen in der Schule. Die Beratung hat zum Ziel, Kinder und Jugendliche in ihrem Selbstwert zu stärken und auf dem Weg zum Erwachsenwerden zu begleiten.

Schulsozialarbeiter/in 40% ##

Ihre Hauptaufgaben ###

  • Beratungen, Unterstützungen und Interventionen in den Bereichen Schülerinnen und Schüler, Lehrpersonen und Eltern
  • Unterstützung bei Klassen- und Schulprojekten
  • Präventionsarbeit sowie Vernetzungsaufgaben zwischen Schule und Fachinstitutionen

Ihr Profil ###

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Sozialarbeit oder Sozialpädagogik, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung in Schulsozialarbeit
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Stilsicher in Wort und Schrift, versiert in digitaler Kommunikation und Social Media
  • Berufserfahrung in der öffentlichen Verwaltung von Vorteil
  • Initiative, belastbare und flexible Persönlichkeit mit hoher Sozialkompetenz
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen und Verschwiegenheit
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
