Collect, preserve, and analyze evidence from multiple sources, including financial records, digital forensics, surveillance, social media, and public or private databases. Prepare detailed, accurate, and concise investigative reports to support internal claims decisions, law enforcement referrals, and courtroom proceedings. Manage an active caseload independently while collaborating with colleagues to meet deadlines and investigation objectives. Intelligence and Data Analysis Monitor fraud activity across products and channels, using statistical analysis to identify emerging patterns, trends, and systemic vulnerabilities. Apply all-source intelligence research, collection, and analysis techniques to identify fraudulent networks, key individuals, and their methods. Serve as a liaison with external partners, including law enforcement, regulatory agencies, the National Insurance Crime Bureau (NICB), state fraud bureaus, and legal counsel. Collaborate with vendors, product managers, and digital teams to improve fraud detection rules, alerts, and analytical models. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
