Amylyx has assembled an experienced team ready to take action because the communities we serve have no time to wait. If you share our passion and are determined to tackle some of medicine’s toughest problems, we encourage you to read the opportunity below and apply.

The Opportunity

Amylyx is seeking an experienced consultant to serve as Director, Patient Marketing, providing strategic leadership and day-to-day oversight of our patient marketing function during a temporary medical leave. This contracted engagement is anticipated to run from December 2026 through June 2027, with an onboarding and knowledge-transfer period alongside the role owner extending through February 2027 to ensure a seamless transition.

As a key member of the U.S. Marketing team, the Consultant Director of Patient Marketing will lead critical patient marketing initiatives in support of the anticipated launch of avexitide while advancing disease-state awareness efforts for post-bariatric hypoglycemia (PBH). This individual will ensure continuity across strategic engagement programs, foster strong agency and cross-functional partnerships, and drive the execution and optimization of patient-focused initiatives.

Core areas of focus include tactical development of multi-channel campaigns, educational content development, patient engagement initiatives such as advisory boards, PBH community council meetings, and development of disease state and brand ambassador programs, partnership with patient services on onboarding and adherence planning, direct engagement with the PBH community and storytelling of the lived experiences of people with PBH. As a key advocate for the PBH community, this individual will lead initiatives designed to activate, educate, support, and empower people with PBH.

This is a unique opportunity for a strategic, compassionate, and highly collaborative patient marketer to help shape a new treatment landscape and make a meaningful impact for a community with significant unmet needs.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
