Stellenbeschreibung

Als Finance Specialist (m/w/d) verantwortest du in unserem Finance-Team in Bonn oder Frankfurt wesentliche Aufgaben aus Buchhaltung, Rechnungsstellung, Abschluss und Reporting.

Buchhaltung

  • Laufende Finanzbuchhaltung in DATEV: Kreditoren, Debitoren, Sachkonten und Bank
  • Prüfung, Kontierung und Buchung der Eingangsrechnungen, Vorbereitung des Zahlungsverkehrs
  • Verwaltung des Anlagevermögens

Rechnungsstellung und Debitoren

  • Erstellung der Ausgangsrechnungen
  • Debitorenmanagement, Überwachung der Zahlungseingänge und Mahnwesen

Abschluss, Reporting und Controlling

  • Mitwirkung an den Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB, in Abstimmung mit Steuerberatung und Wirtschaftsprüfung
  • Unterstützung beim Reporting an die Gruppe nach IFRS, inklusive Kontenabstimmung mit der Konzernmutter
  • Monatliches Management-Reporting und Projektcontrolling
  • Unterstützung bei Audits

Qualifikationen

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung gerne mit Weiterbildung zum/zur Finanzbuchhalter*in, oder ein BWL-Studium mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen oder Controlling
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Finanzbuchhaltung und Reporting
  • Strukturierte, genaue und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit DATEV
  • Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse
  • Fundierte HGB-Kenntnisse, idealerweise erste Erfahrung mit IFRS
  • Fließend Deutsch und sehr gutes Englisch

  • Erfahrung mit E-Rechnungen
  • Erfahrung mit Abschlussarbeiten in einer Konzerngesellschaft
