  • Work with NASA technical leads on the development of full-scale Blended Wing Body acoustic flight tests, including aircraft design and performance parameters, instrumentation requirements, and test matrix development.
  • Prepare plans and procedures for analysis of acquired flight-test data in support of full-scale Blended Wing Body flight testing.
  • Support acoustic team meetings, including preparation and presentation of technical plans, analysis results, and recommendations.
  • Travel as required to support acoustic analysis activities and collaboration efforts.

Required Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. with a concentration in Aeroacoustics.

  • Demonstrated experience conducting aircraft system noise prediction studies, including advanced concepts such as Hybrid Wing Body (Blended Wing Body) aircraft.
  • Prior experience supporting acoustic flight tests for large subsonic transport aircraft, including familiarity with test matrix planning, instrumentation requirements, and aircraft data needed for prediction and analysis.
  • Excellent technical writing skills demonstrated through technical reports, publications, or similar work products.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (approximately 2-3 trips per year) to NASA Langley and industry partners supporting NASA programs.
  • US Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
