Bénéficiez d'un confort exceptionnel dans une chambre spacieuse avec minibar gratuit.Description du poste Vos responsabilités:• Contribue globalement à la satisfaction des clients par la qualité de son travail grâce à un comportement exemplaire.• Connait les prestations proposées par l'hôtel, en informe le client et l'encourage à consommer.• Est à l'écoute du client et lui apporte une réponse adaptée à sa demande• Etabli d'excellentes relations avec la clientèle.• Service continu du petit déjeuner et midi essentiellement (sans coupure)• Se comporte et agit de manière exemplaire, incarnant l'esprit de la marque.• Aide à assurer le bon fonctionnement des services et un rythme d'activité soutenu en gérant son secteur• Aide à améliorer l'esprit d'équipeQualifications • Minimum de 6 mois d'expérience dans un rôle similaire, incluant de préférence une expérience 5 étoiles et/ou un service client de marque de luxe.• Sens du détail et mise en avant de la qualité du service• Engagement minimum de 12 mois.• Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais sera un atout.• Flexibilité pour travailler sur une liste tournante de 7 jours, y compris les week-ends et jours fériés.• Capacité organisationnelleInformations supplémentaires • Exigences de visa : Le(la) candidat(e) doit être légalement éligible pour travailler au Luxembourg.
