Koordinator/in Salesteam Consumables (w/m/d) Akutbereich Spitäler und Kliniken

In dieser Funktion bist Du direkt der Business Unit Managerin unterstellt und fungierst als wichtiges Bindeglied innerhalb des Teams. Mit der Schaffung dieser Position werden Verantwortlichkeiten klar definiert und strukturiert. Dadurch stärken wir unsere Kundenorientierung und schaffen optimale Voraussetzungen für eine nachhaltige Kundenbindung sowie eine erfolgreiche Vertriebsarbeit.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Operative Umsetzung der strategischen Ziele unseres Consumables Portfolios, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Sales\-Team
  • Markt\- und Wettbewerbsanalysen zur Identifikation neuer Chancen
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Cross\-Selling\-Strategien zur Umsatzsteigerung
  • Einführung neuer Produkte in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Productmanagement und Business Unit Verantwortlichen
  • Einbringen von Ideen mit grossem Handlungsspielraum, um zur Zielerreichung beizutragen

Dein Profil

  • Langjährige Vertriebserfahrung im Schweizer Gesundheitswesen sowie Mitarbeiterführung. Idealerweise im Klinik\- und Spitalumfeld oder Medizintechnik.
  • Sehr gutes Netzwerk zu den Einkaufsabteilungen in den Spitälern und Kliniken D\-CH
  • Erfahrung und Erfolgsausweis von Produkte\-Neueinführungen im Schweizer Gesundheitswesen
  • Strategisches Denkvermögen und operative Umsetzungsstärke
  • Gewinnende, kommunikative und abschlussstarke Persönlichkeit
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Schweiz (ca. 60%)
  • Sprachen: Deutsch: sehr gut; Englisch und Französisch: gute Kenntnisse. Jede weitere Fremdsprache von Vorteil.
