Buscamos um (a) UX Product Designer essa pessoa atuará na construção de jornadas, desenho de fluxos, criação de protótipos e evolução dos padrões de experiência e interface dos produtos. Trabalhará em parceria com Produto, Dados e Tecnologia para transformar necessidades de negócio e dos usuários em soluções intuitivas, eficientes e aderentes à complexidade do mercado financeiro.A posição oferece a oportunidade de atuar em iniciativas estratégicas conduzidas em conjunto com o Banco Central e diferentes áreas de negócio, contribuindo para produtos que suportam parte da infraestrutura financeira nacional.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCompreender as necessidades, comportamentos e jornadas dos usuários, identificando oportunidades de melhoria na experiência dos produtos.Estruturar fluxos de navegação e propor soluções de interface alinhadas às necessidades dos usuários e do negócio, utilizando wireframes e protótipos para apoiar a construção das soluções.Apoiar decisões de produto por meio da análise da experiência dos usuários, comportamento de uso e evidências, contribuindo para a evolução da usabilidade e da clareza das soluções.Contribuir para a definição, evolução e disseminação dos padrões de experiência e interface dos produtos do Selic.Trabalhar de forma integrada com Produto, Dados e Tecnologia na evolução contínua das soluções e da experiência dos usuários.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência em Product Design, UX Design ou áreas correlatas.Experiência na construção de jornadas, fluxos de navegação e soluções digitais para produtos ou serviços.Experiência na criação de wireframes, protótipos e especificações utilizando Figma.Conhecimento de princípios de usabilidade, design centrado no usuário e boas práticas de experiência digital.Capacidade de transformar necessidades de negócio e dos usuários em soluções simples, intuitivas e eficientes.Conhecimento de padrões de interface e consistência visual.Vivência atuando em times multidisciplinares, em parceria com Produto e Tecnologia.Pensamento analítico, comunicação clara e capacidade de colaborar com diferentes áreas e stakeholders. Diferenciais:Experiência com Design Systems e bibliotecas de componentes.Experiência em mercado financeiro, infraestrutura de mercado ou ambientes regulados.Conhecimento em acessibilidade digital.Experiência na análise de comportamento e uso de produtos digitais.Familiaridade com Inteligência Artificial aplicada ao design, pesquisa ou prototipação.Experiência com metodologias ágeis.
