Job Role: Scrum Master - AI & Data Programs

About the Role

Anblicks is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery across AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Data Engineering, and Analytics programs. The ideal candidate will drive Agile practices, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, manage delivery risks and dependencies, and enable high-performing teams to deliver AI and data solutions successfully.

Key Responsibilities

Agile Delivery & Leadership

  • Lead Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.
  • Coach teams on Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Remove impediments, manage delivery risks, and enable teams to achieve sprint and release objectives.
  • Track and communicate velocity, sprint progress, dependencies, risks, and delivery metrics.

AI & Data Program Delivery

  • Partner with Product Owners, Data Scientists, AI/ML Engineers, Data Engineers, and business stakeholders to drive successful delivery.
  • Support planning and execution across the AI/ML lifecycle, including model development, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Coordinate dependencies across data, engineering, product, cloud, and AI infrastructure teams.
  • Facilitate delivery of initiatives involving AI/ML, Generative AI, Data Engineering, Analytics, and cloud platforms.

Stakeholder & Program Management

  • Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Drive discussions around priorities, backlog readiness, scope, dependencies, and release planning.
  • Provide transparent reporting through dashboards, status updates, Agile metrics, and risk tracking.
  • Build alignment across distributed and cross-functional teams.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve team productivity, delivery predictability, and quality.
  • Establish and monitor Agile delivery metrics and promote accountability.
  • Support Agile transformation initiatives and adoption of best practices across teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of overall IT experience, including 4+ years as a Scrum Master.
  • Proven experience delivering AI/ML, Generative AI, Data Engineering, Analytics, or Data & AI transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies.
  • Experience working with distributed, cross-functional, and technology-driven teams.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, conflict resolution, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent Agile certification.
  • Exposure to Azure AI, OpenAI, Databricks, Snowflake, AWS AI/ML, or Google Vertex AI.
  • Understanding of MLOps, DataOps, model lifecycle management, and AI governance.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Agile reporting tools.
