Vi söker en noggrann och serviceinriktad ekonomiassistent för ett konsultuppdrag hos vår kund i Södertälje. Uppdraget startar omgående och passar dig som trivs med varierande arbetsuppgifter inom ekonomi och administration. Om uppdraget Som ekonomiassistent stöttar du ekonomiavdelningen i det dagliga arbetet och bidrar till att rutiner och processer fungerar smidigt. Du samarbetar med kollegor och har kontakt med både interna och externa parter. Uppdragets arbete utförs endast på plats och det finns ingen hybridlösning. Arbetsuppgifter Hantera leverantörs- och kundfakturor

Arbeta med löpande bokföring och kontoavstämningar

Följa upp betalningar och hantera påminnelser

Stötta vid månadsbokslut och andra ekonomiska sammanställningar

Utföra administrativa uppgifter kopplade till ekonomiavdelningen

Besvara frågor från kollegor, kunder och leverantörer

Kvalifikationer Erfarenhet av arbete som ekonomiassistent eller i en liknande ekonomiadministrativ roll

Grundläggande kunskaper i redovisning och löpande bokföring

God datorvana och goda kunskaper i Excel

Goda kunskaper i svenska, i tal och skrift

Personliga egenskaper Du är strukturerad, noggrann och ansvarstagande. Du har lätt för att samarbeta, är serviceinriktad och kan planera ditt arbete även när tempot är högt. Du tar egna initiativ och är mån om att leverera med god kvalitet. Praktisk information Plats: Södertälje med arbete endast på kontoret
