The posting

Vi söker en noggrann och självgående ekonomikonsult för ett konsultuppdrag på halvtid under sex månader hos vår kund i Solna. Du trivs med varierande arbetsuppgifter inom ekonomi och administration och vill bidra till att det dagliga ekonomiarbetet fungerar smidigt. Arbetet utförs på plats.

Om uppdraget

Som ekonomikonsult stöttar du kunden i det löpande ekonomiarbetet. Du samarbetar med kollegor och bidrar med struktur, god service och kvalitet i ekonomiflöden och administrativa rutiner. Uppdraget är på halvtid och det finns ingen möjlighet till hybridarbete.

Arbetsuppgifter

  • Hantera leverantörs- och kundfakturor
  • Arbeta med löpande bokföring och kontoavstämningar
  • Följa upp betalningar och bidra till en effektiv hantering av ekonomiflöden
  • Ta fram ekonomiska sammanställningar och underlag
  • Stötta vid månadsbokslut och andra återkommande ekonomirutiner
  • Utföra administrativa uppgifter kopplade till ekonomiavdelningen

Kvalifikationer

  • Erfarenhet av arbete inom ekonomi, exempelvis som ekonomikonsult eller ekonomiassistent
  • Grundläggande kunskaper i redovisning och löpande bokföring
  • God datorvana och goda kunskaper i Excel
  • Goda kunskaper i svenska, i tal och skrift

Personliga egenskaper

Du är strukturerad, noggrann och ansvarstagande. Du arbetar självständigt när det behövs och har samtidigt lätt för att samarbeta med andra. Du är serviceinriktad, flexibel och kan prioritera dina arbetsuppgifter för att leverera med god kvalitet.

Praktisk information

  • Plats: Solna med arbete mestadels på plats.
  • Omfattning: Konsultuppdrag på halvtid, 6 månader till att börja med.
