Till vår kund Nordmann Nordic söker vi en Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator I rollen kommer personen säkerställa korrekta pris- och fraktuppgifter samt bidra till ett effektivt transportflöde genom att fungera som den operativa länken mellan försäljning, kundservice, transportörer och Nordmann Nordics två externa lager. De viktigaste kvalifikationerna vi söker hos personen är en kombination av logistikkunskap, systemförståelse, god numerisk förmåga och ett strukturerat arbetssätt. Nordmann har 600 anställda över hela världen. Nordmann Nordic är distributör av specialkemikalier till nordiska och baltiska tillverkare av kosmetik, tvätt-/rengöringsprodukter, färg, plast, gummi, läkemedel, livsmedel, och elektronik. Företaget har 22 medarbetare i Sverige och sitter i ljusa och fina lokaler i Solna Strand. Huvudsakliga ansvarsområden Lägga upp och underhålla prisdata i SAP S/4HANA samt säkerställa dess kvalitet och integritet.

Säkerställa att korrekt pris- och fraktinformation finns tillgänglig för offerter.

Beräkna fraktkostnader och inhämta fraktpriser.

Vara huvudsaklig operativ kontaktperson gentemot transportörerna.

Vara huvudsaklig kontaktperson för Nordmann Nordics två lager i frågor som rör transport och logistik.

Ansvara för operativa aktiviteter inom Transport Management i S/4HANA.

Följa upp transportkostnader, leveransproblem och avvikelser.

Stödja försäljning och kundservice i frågor som rör prissättning, frakt och transporter.

Erfarenhet och kompetens Relevant erfarenhet inom logistik, transport, orderhantering eller supply chain.

Krav på kunskap i systemet SAP och/eller S/4HANA.

Minst fem års erfarenhet av liknande arbete.

God förståelse för fraktkostnader och transportupplägg.

Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både muntligt och skriftligt.

Dokumenterad förmåga att hantera priser, kostnader och masterdata på ett strukturerat och noggrant sätt.

Egenskaper Strukturerad, ansvarsfull och noggrann.

Kommersiellt orienterad med god numerisk och analytisk förmåga.

Lösningsorienterad och engagerad i att leverera hög service.

God förmåga att samordna flera interna och externa intressenter.

Självständig och van att ta fullt ansvar för sitt ansvarsområde.
