* Sicherstellung eines sicheren, rechtskonformen und wirtschaftlichen Betriebs der Sesselbahnen, Skilifte und allen weiteren technischen Anlagen * Fachliche und personelle Führung des Technikteams und der Lernenden * Verantwortung für die Einsatz\-, Ressourcen\- und Organisationsplanung im technischen Bereich * Planung, Koordination und Überwachung von Wartungs\-, Revisions\- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten * Organisation und Leitung von Störungsbehebungen sowie Einleitung nachhaltiger technischer Lösungen * Verantwortung für Inbetriebnahmen, technische Abnahmen und behördliche Kontrollen * Verantwortung für das Sicherheits\- und Risikomanagement sowie die technische Dokumentation * Koordination der Zusammenarbeit mit Behörden, Prüfstellen, Herstellern, Fachpartnern und externen Dienstleistern * Leitung von Optimierungs\-, Erneuerungs\- und Investitionsprojekten sowie Mitwirkung bei der strategischen Weiterentwicklung der technischen Infrastruktur Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Seilbahnfachmann/\-frau EFZ
  • Führungserfahrung oder die Motivation, Verantwortung für ein Team zu übernehmen
  • Ausgeprägtes Sicherheitsbewusstsein und hohe Qualitätsstandards
  • Unternehmerisches Denken sowie eine lösungs\- und praxisorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Planungs\- und Organisationstalent mit der Fähigkeit, auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten
  • Flexibilität und Bereitschaft für Wochenendeinsätze in der Wintersaison
  • Freude an der Nutzung moderner Planungs\- und Managementtools (Sambesi, AbaPlan)
