Als Accounting Supervisor (m/w/d) bist du die zentrale Finanzansprechperson für ein Portfolio aus Hotels, Restaurants und Outlets bei Swiss Alps. Du verbindest Operations und Finance, führst fachlich ein Team von Buchhaltungsspezialistinnen und Buchhaltungsspezialisten und sorgst dafür, dass Abschlüsse, Kontrollen und Prozesse auf hohem Niveau laufen.

Das kannst du bewegen

* Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für Finanzthemen in deinem Portfolio aus Hotels, Restaurants und Outlets. * Du koordinierst die täglichen Buchhaltungsaktivitäten in Kreditoren, Debitoren, Income Audit und Hauptbuch. * Du steuerst Monats\-, Quartals\- und Jahresabschlüsse und prüfst Bilanzabstimmungen und Nachweise. * Du unterstützt die Erstellung der Finanzabschlüsse nach OR und USALI und untersuchst wesentliche Abweichungen. * Du führst dein Team fachlich, coachst es und setzt Prioritäten, auch ohne direkte Linienführung. * Du bist die erste Eskalationsstelle für finanzbezogene operative Themen und die Brücke zwischen Operations und Finance. * Du stellst die Einhaltung von Richtlinien, internen Kontrollen und Verfahren sicher und erkennst Prozessschwächen. * Du treibst Standardisierung, Automatisierung und Systemverbesserungen voran und stärkst eine Kultur der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung. Das bringst du mit

  • Kaufmännische Lehre, Buchhaltungsqualifikation oder vergleichbare Ausbildung in Finanzen, Rechnungswesen oder Betriebswirtschaft
  • 5 oder mehr Jahre Buchhaltungserfahrung, idealerweise in der Hotellerie oder in anderen dienstleistungsorientierten Umfeldern
  • Erfahrung in Kreditoren, Debitoren, Income Audit und Hauptbuch sehr erwünscht
  • Erfahrung in der Koordination oder Anleitung von Buchhaltungsteams, Führungserfahrung von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend
  • Sichere Kenntnisse in ERP\-Systemen (SUN, SAP oder Oracle) und Excel, Erfahrung mit AP/AR\-Automatisierung (z.B. Yooz) und BI\-Plattformen (z.B. Power BI) von Vorteil
  • Vertrautheit mit hotelspezifischen Systemen (z.B. Opera PMS) und gutes Verständnis von OR und USALI
  • Analytische, genaue und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Überzeugende Kommunikation und Stakeholder\-Management
  • Deutsch und Englisch, eine Sprache auf Muttersprachniveau und die andere mindestens auf Niveau B2
