Sobre a Dom A Dom é uma fintech em crescimento, especializada em soluções para o ecossistema de pagamentos. Somos uma empresa jovem, dinâmica e em constante evolução, onde os processos estão sendo construídos e aprimorados junto com o crescimento do negócio.

Sobre a vaga Estamos buscando uma pessoa para atuar na área de Risco e Compliance, com foco na análise e validação de documentos de empresas e seus sócios durante o processo de onboarding de contas.

Essa pessoa será responsável por avaliar informações cadastrais, consultar diferentes fontes e identificar possíveis inconsistências, riscos ou sinais de alerta antes da aprovação das contas.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Analisar documentos cadastrais de empresas e sócios;
  • Validar a autenticidade e a validade dos documentos apresentados;
  • Verificar CNPJ, situação cadastral e registros da empresa;
  • Conferir informações e registros junto à Junta Comercial e órgãos governamentais;
  • Realizar análise de CPF e CNPJ em bases internas e externas;
  • Identificar possíveis restrições, irregularidades ou inconsistências cadastrais;
  • Realizar consultas relacionadas ao histórico da empresa e dos sócios;
  • Pesquisar informações em sites, redes sociais, Reclame Aqui, Jusbrasil e outras fontes públicas;
  • Apoiar o processo de onboarding e análise de novas contas;
  • Identificar situações que possam representar riscos para a Dom e direcioná-las para avaliação;
  • Registrar as análises e evidências encontradas de forma organizada;
  • Apoiar a área de Risco e Compliance na melhoria dos processos e critérios de análise.

Será um diferencial

  • Experiência em fintechs, instituições financeiras ou empresas de pagamentos;
  • Experiência com processos de KYC
  • Conhecimento sobre documentação societária e Junta Comercial;
  • Experiência com ferramentas ou sistemas de análise de risco/compliance.

Modelo de trabalho: Presencial em Florianópolis

  • Ensino superior em andamento;
  • Pacote Office em nível intermediário;
  • Inglês básico, principalmente para leitura e consulta de informações;
  • Boa capacidade analítica e atenção aos detalhes;
  • Organização para realizar consultas, cruzar informações e registrar análises;
  • Facilidade para identificar inconsistências e possíveis riscos.
