Andrew Morgan LLC (AM) is a fast-growing Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and HUBZone SB. We are currently seeking a qualified Federal OneStream Systems Administrator and Release Engineer to join our team supporting our Federal Client.
As a OneStream Systems Administrator and Release Engineer, you will own the stability, security, and controlled evolution of OneStream environments. The engineer manages platform administration across development, test, and production, and runs a disciplined release process that moves configuration changes, business rules, and data integrations safely into production. The ideal candidate combines hands-on OneStream technical depth with an understanding of federal IT compliance requirements and the budget cycles OneStream supports, including PPBE, execution, and fund control reporting.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administer OneStream applications across all environments, including application settings, workflow profiles, cube and dimension configuration, and application server health.
- Manage user provisioning, security groups, roles, and data access controls in line with least-privilege principles and client account management policies.
- Monitor system performance, job queues, task scheduler activity, and resolve failed jobs, locking issues, and consolidation or calculation bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with OneStream Support and the hosting provider on incidents, patches, upgrades, and platform version releases.
- Maintain Marketplace solutions and custom components, keeping versions consistent across environments.
- Own the end-to-end release process for OneStream artifacts, including business rules, dashboards, cube views, data management sequences, transformation rules, and metadata.
- Build and maintain repeatable promotion procedures for moving application exports and solution packages from development through test to production.
- Establish version control (Git preferred) and artifact tracking practices so every production change is traceable to an approved requirement or defect.
- Prepare release packages, deployment runbooks, rollback plans, and release notes, and present changes to the client Change Advisory Board (CAB).
- Plan and execute releases around federal fiscal calendar milestones, such as budget submissions, quarterly reviews, and year-end close, to minimize disruption.
- Conduct post-deployment validation and smoke testing with functional leads and end users.
- Support and troubleshoot data integrations between OneStream and federal source systems (e.g., ERP, accounting, and personnel systems), including connectors, SQL queries, and file-based loads.
- Maintain and schedule data management jobs and automated load routines and resolve load errors and data mapping discrepancies.
- Support Risk Management Framework (RMF) activities, including control documentation, POA&M remediation, and audit evidence collection aligned to NIST SP 800-53.
- Support audit readiness by maintaining access reviews, change logs, and configuration baselines.
- Maintain system administration guides, environment inventories, release calendars, and standard operating procedures.
- Work closely with OneStream developers, functional analysts, program managers, and government stakeholders to plan releases and communicate impacts.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 6 years of total professional experience in systems administration, application support, release management, or enterprise performance management (EPM) technology.
- At least 3 years of hands-on OneStream administration or development experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-environment release processes, including promotion, rollback, and post-deployment validation.
- Experience with formal change control processes, including CAB submissions and release documentation.
- Experience supporting federal government clients.
- Active [Public Trust / Secret] clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain one.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field. Four additional years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience supporting DoW, 4th Estate or Federal Civilian Agencies financial management and budget programs.
- Proficiency in SQL and in VB.NET or C# for OneStream business rules.
- OneStream OCA- Administration R2 Certification
- DoD 8140/8570-compliant certification, such as CompTIA Security+ (IAT Level II).
- Familiarity with federal budget processes, including PPBE, appropriations structure, and funds execution reporting.
- Experience with FedRAMP or DoW Impact Level cloud hosting environments.
- Background with other EPM platforms (e.g., Oracle Hyperion/EPM Cloud, SAP BPC) and migrations to OneStream.
- Experience with DevOps tooling such as Azure DevOps, Git, or Jira for release tracking and work management.
- ITIL Foundation certification.
SALARY:
Salary is commensurate with both location and experience.
THE AM EMPLOYEE WILL DISPLAY…
- Attention to Detail: Produce high-quality deliverables and outputs that align with contract outcomes.
- Self-Sufficiency: Execute tasks independently, seeking client assistance only after internal resources are exhausted, ensuring requests align with contract goals.
- Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with team members, including AMC resources, subcontractors, and government stakeholders.
- Communication/Engagement: Maintain professional conduct in meetings and written communication, participating actively with cameras on.
- Responsiveness: Stay engaged, communicate promptly, and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
