Evaluate financing and capital allocation alternatives and provide recommendations to the CFO and executive leadership.
Financial Leadership & Performance
Provide executive oversight of consolidated financial reporting across a complex, multi-entity, multi-location organization. Lead or support budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning, and financial performance management across corporate and business-unit operations. Identify and proactively address financial, operational, and liquidity risks that could impact the organization or its stakeholders. Protect the financial integrity and capital of the company and its investors through disciplined financial management and controls.
Executive Leadership & Team Development
Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing finance organization spanning corporate and site-level finance and accounting teams. Build organizational capabilities, succession plans, and talent strategies that position the finance function for continued growth. Establish a culture of accountability, financial discipline, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Partner cross-functionally with operations and other executive leaders to align financial strategy with business objectives.
