LIDER DE EQUIPO  (TEAM LEADER)   RESUMEN DEL TRABAJO: El líder del equipo es responsable de ayudar al equipo a lograr sus objetivos de producción, mejorar la eficiencia del equipo de producción y garantizar que todos los aspectos de los procesos de producción estén debidamente equilibrados.    DEBERES Y RESPONSABILIDADES

Mantener disponibilidad, respeto y compromiso con sus jefes inmediatos. Adaptarse de manera positiva a los cambios requeridos por el área operativa. Trabajar en equipo para el cumplimiento de los objetivos del turno productivo. Buen manejo de personal con los grupos de trabajo. Predicar con el ejemplo en cuanto a puntualidad en el inicio de turno. Entregar turno y recibir el turno con su contraparte. Participar en las juntas de arranque al inicio de turno. Comunicación efectiva hacia todos los niveles. Administrar el cambio de trapos del proceso. Administrar los QRTI de building y shipping. Participar en los recorridos de seguridad SOT. Realizar auditorías de LPA de primer nivel. Seguimiento y cumplimiento a, LPA’s, Actualización de formatos, CI, CAS, PDCA Operaciones. Administración de los equipos y áreas productivas, eficiencia de los procesos y eficiencia de los Equipos.            Asegurar que las estaciones de trabajo funcionen correctamente antes de iniciar el turno laboral.                                                                       Implementar, mantener y cumplir los requerimientos del sistema de calidad requerido por el cliente y sistema Android. Proporcionar el entrenamiento que el personal operativo y técnico requiera para realizar sus funciones.                                                                              Lograr habilidad y desarrollo de las operaciones de línea. Evaluar desempeño a operadores. Asegurarse del llenado de PVS conforme lo requiere el sistema al inicio de turno. Revisión de llenado de formatos de 5S del área. Revisión de llenado de mantenimiento autónomo conforme lo requiere el sistema al inicio de turno. Identificación y disposición de material no conforme. Llevar a cabo el plan de rotación de operaciones del personal a cago. Garantizar el cumplimiento de las políticas de calidad, ambiental, cultura, valores y filosofía de la empresa.                                                                                   Introducir programas para mejorar la seguridad del personal.                                Cuidar y mantener las instalaciones de la planta.                                                                     Crear y mantener un ambiente laboral sano y libre de conflictos.                             Cumplir y hacer cumplir las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad de la empresa. Todas las demás tareas que se le asignen.

    EDUCACIÓN Y EXPERIENCIA:   •      Escolaridad: Nivel medio Superior •      Experiencia minina 1 año en la industria automotriz •      Conocimiento deseable en los sistemas de calidad, IATF 16949:2016, ISO 14001:2015 y Requerimientos del cliente. •      Conocimiento deseable con el sistema APQP. •      Habilidades para la supervisión. •      Capacidad analítica. •      Experiencia en paquetería Office   VIAJAR: Viaje requerido: mínimo   CONOCIMIENTOS, HABILIDADES Y DESTREZAS:

Conocimiento de los procesos de fabricación de la industria automotriz. Capacidad para trabajar en un sistema justo a tiempo. Capacidad para interactuar de manera efectiva y dirigir a las personas eficazmente. Capacidad para priorizar tareas basadas en los objetivos de Android y del cliente. Capacidad para aprender rápidamente nuevas habilidades y conceptos. Capacidad para resolver situaciones en el entorno laboral. Capacidad de actitud positiva en todo momento. Estar dispuesto y ser capaz de desempeñar sus actividades con diferentes turnos o tripulaciones, interactuar con el personal a su cargo y otras áreas según se considere necesario.
