The posting

As part of TUNE’s Customer Success Management team, you will be responsible for building strong, trusted relationships and working closely with our accounts. You’ll be an expert on all things TUNE Partner Marketing and will serve as our clients’ main point of contact to help their performance marketing efforts optimize and grow. You must bring both a strategic and technical mindset to the table, love working with people, and have a passion for growing existing accounts, as well as teaching and promoting new features and technologies.

You'll be responsible for...

  • Owning a book of business of current clients and serving as a main point of contact
  • Building deep relationships with clients to establish a consultative approach towards growing and optimizing their business
  • Renewing annual contracts and upselling new products to our current clients
  • Promoting new features and services by training and empowering clients to adopt those features
  • Strategizing with clients for deeper utilization of, and success with, the TUNE platform
  • Analyzing future potential, opportunities, and growth for your TUNE accounts

What we look for...

  • A passion for the online & mobile advertising industry
  • Ability to pick-up, learn, and quickly become knowledgeable in SaaS tech concepts
  • 3+ years of account management & customer focused experience, utilizing a consultative mindset
  • Past sales or business development experience in the growth of existing clients
  • Experience managing various brand, advertiser, or network clients
  • Experience in affiliate marketing, partner marketing, or performance marketing
  • Ability to prioritize and manage the needs of many accounts
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication, presentation skills, and business acumen.
  • Must feel comfortable engaging with executive leaders.
  • Must have experience negotiating win-win contract conditions with clients.
  • Outgoing, positive, and energetic personality - This role requires building a positive relationship with our clients that will support their ongoing loyalty.
  • Bachelor's degree required

Salary Range:

The estimated base salary range for this role is USD$72,000.00 - USD$88,000.00 per year. We include salary ranges in job postings only where required by applicable pay transparency laws, based on the jurisdictions in which the role may be performed. The posted range is a good faith estimate and reflects factors that are subject to change. Final offer amounts may vary based on job-related factors, including work location, candidate experience and expertise, and other relevant considerations.

Full time employees will also be eligible for enrollment in a wide range of choices of benefits , including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, short/long term disability, 401(k) participation (with company match).

Time off (US Only):

The Company provides a minimum of 10 days of vacation for new employees , sick time based on state requirements, 8 Company-paid holidays and 2 personal holidays per year.
