We are looking for a Digitization Service Analyst to turn complex subscription and AML/KYC documents into smart digital forms that investors can complete right the first time on Anduin's platform.

This role sits at the intersection of business analysis, customer implementation, operations, and technology. You will learn relevant private-market and legal concepts, analyze complex documents, translate their requirements into digital logic, build and configure forms using Anduin's tools, and ensure the final experience is accurate and intuitive.

You do not need to be a software engineer, but you should enjoy logical problem-solving, working with technology, and learning new concepts quickly.

What does the work look like?

Subscription and AML/KYC documents are long, dense, and full of rules that change depending on who the investor is. Your job is to turn them into a smart form investors can finish right the first time. You'll design the logic, build the form itself, and test it until it works flawlessly.

For example:

  1. An entity sees different questions than an individual.
  2. One answer can change what's required several sections later.
  3. Required AML/KYC documents depend on who the investor is and where they're based.

In simple terms:

Understand the documents → build the form & design the logic → QA → deliver

Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers to understand expectations, clarify requirements, and resolve ambiguities.
  • Analyze subscription and AML/KYC documents to identify questions, dependencies, conditional logic, calculations, and document requirements.
  • Determine how static documents should be transformed into intuitive web-based workflows.
  • Build smart forms and configure business logic using Anduin's internal tools and lightweight scripting.
  • Work closely with technology engineers and other cross-functional teams on more complex requirements.
  • Test and validate digitized forms to ensure quality and accuracy before delivery.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot issues when they arise.
  • Contribute ideas to improve processes, tools, and products.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies, processes, and responsibilities.

Job Qualifications:

  • Excellent English skills.
  • Strong logical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Comfortable working with technology and learning unfamiliar tools quickly.
  • Ability to investigate problems and clearly document findings.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both customers and technical teams.
  • Strong ownership, responsibility, and time management.
  • Ability to maintain work quality during high-demand periods.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn financial, legal, and technical concepts.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in business analysis, operations, implementation, financial services, QA, consulting, or similar analytical work is preferred.
  • 1+ year of relevant work experience is preferred. Strong fresh graduates with demonstrated analytical ability are also encouraged to apply.
