Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Access Control: Monitor and control entry into the facility, verify identification and authorization, maintain visitor/vendor logs, and enforce established access procedures.
  • Security Patrols: Conduct routine interior and exterior walking patrols, inspecting doors, entrances, stairwells, common areas, and other designated locations for safety and security concerns.
  • Incident Reporting: Identify, respond to, and accurately document incidents, accidents, injuries, suspicious activity, and security-related concerns using established reporting procedures.
  • Daily Activity Reports (DARs): Maintain accurate, detailed, and chronological records of daily activities, patrols, observations, and significant events.
  • Emergency Response: Follow established emergency procedures for medical emergencies, fire alarms, evacuations, suspicious activity, and other incidents requiring security intervention.
  • Camera Monitoring: Observe surveillance systems when assigned, identify unusual activity, and notify management of potential security concerns.
  • Customer Service: Provide courteous assistance to employees, visitors, contractors, and guests while maintaining appropriate security protocols.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with fellow officers, supervisors, management, and emergency responders.
  • Policy Compliance: Follow all Andy Frain Services policies, client-specific Post Orders, established security procedures, and applicable safety requirements.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
