  • Preparar, porcionar e montar pratos conforme fichas técnicas.
  • Organizar e higienizar a área de trabalho, utensílios e equipamentos.
  • Apoiar na preparação de grelhados (proteínas bovinas, suínas, aves, pescados)
  • Auxiliar no pré-preparo (cortes, marinadas, bases, molhos).
  • Seguir padrões de qualidade, apresentação e tempo de saída.
  • Cumprir normas de segurança alimentar e boas práticas de manipulação.
  • Controlar estoque de insumos da sua praça e sinalizar necessidades.
  • Colaborar com a equipe para manter o fluxo da cozinha eficiente.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Experiência prévia em cozinha profissional (restaurante, hotel, catering ou similar).
  • Conhecimento básico de técnicas de corte, cocção, grelhados e montagem de pratos.
  • Familiaridade com boas práticas de manipulação de alimentos e higiene.
  • Organização, agilidade e capacidade de trabalhar em equipe sob pressão.

Diferenciais:

  • Curso técnico ou profissionalizante em Gastronomia ou Cozinha.
  • Experiência em cozinhas de alto volume ou operação industrial.
  • Vivência com fichas técnicas e controle de desperdício.
  • Noções de segurança do trabalho em cozinha (NRs, EPIs).
  • Interesse em desenvolvimento de carreira na área gastronômica.
