Job Summary

Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages while managing daily bar operations. Maintain a clean, organized bar environment and provide professional customer service following safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve simple cocktails and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
  • Manage daily bar operations, including performing opening and closing duties efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
  • Monitor beverage stock levels and replenish supplies promptly to avoid shortages.
  • Deliver friendly and professional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Follow workplace hygiene, safety protocols, and responsible alcohol service procedures consistently.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of cocktail preparation to support beverage service.
  • Previous bar or food and beverage experience to contribute to smooth operations.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills and adapt to the work environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Availability to work the stated shift hours as required.
