Your opportunity

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you'll support the delivery of integrated marketing activity across our Seniors Communities portfolio, creating campaigns that strengthen brand awareness, attract prospective residents, generate quality leads and support occupancy growth while building stronger connections with our communities.

With integrity and resilience, you will:

  • Deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, direct, events and community channels.
  • Support lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives across the portfolio.
  • Partner closely with Sales to strengthen the enquiry-to-appointment-to-reservation journey.
  • Develop campaign briefs, manage external agencies, suppliers and internal design studio.
  • Deliver responsive marketing for existing and turnover village stock.
  • Use CRM, campaign reporting and customer insights to improve marketing performance.
  • Create engaging content across digital and traditional channels.
  • Support customer events, open home programs and information sessions.
  • Champion consistent application of the Senior Communities brand across customer touchpoints.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Sales, Operations and Marketing.

What you’ll bring

You’re an organised, proactive marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with a broad range of stakeholders. Combining strong marketing fundamentals with digital and CRM capability, you'll be confident managing multiple projects, partnering with agencies and internal teams, and using data and customer insights to improve campaign performance and customer outcomes.

What’s required:

  • 6+ years’ experience in marketing across campaign management, integrated, digital, performance or portfolio marketing.
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity, solve problems and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong project management and organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience coordinating integrated marketing campaigns from briefing through to delivery
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working with teams across different functions.
  • Experience working with agencies, suppliers and external partners.
  • Good commercial awareness and an understanding of how marketing supports business outcomes
  • Strong lead generation and customer acquisition capability.
  • Digital marketing, CRM, and marketing automation experience.

What’s preferred:

  • Experience in property, retirement living, residential development, multi-site or service-based environments will be highly regarded.
  • Exposure to brand governance and maintaining consistency across multiple customer touchpoints.
  • Experience partnership closely with the sales team.
  • Experience working within a multi-site organisation.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
