Atuar ativamente no acompanhamento de candidatos pré-inscritos, inscritos e interessados, identificando oportunidades de conversão em matrícula; 🔵

Realizar contatos por telefone, WhatsApp e outros canais de atendimento, esclarecendo dúvidas e retomando o contato com famílias que não concluíram a inscrição, não compareceram aos eventos ou ainda não finalizaram a matrícula; 🔵

Acompanhar agendamentos, confirmações de presença, visitas e eventos de admissão; 🔵

Identificar objeções e oportunidades de negociação, direcionando as famílias para as equipes responsáveis sempre que necessário. 🔵

Acompanhar as famílias após a efetivação da matrícula, garantindo o direcionamento adequado das dúvidas e solicitações, contribuindo para uma experiência acolhedora e fortalecendo o relacionamento entre a família e a escola. 🔵

Identificar possíveis dificuldades ou riscos de desistência e encaminhá-los às áreas responsáveis para atuação preventiva.Requisitos e qualificaçõesQualificação e formação necessárias:🔵Ensino médio completo. 🔵

Experiência com atendimento ao cliente, vendas, relacionamento comercial ou pós-venda. 🔵

Boa comunicação oral e escrita. 🔵

Conhecimento básico de Excel e ferramentas de escritório. 🔵

Facilidade para utilizar sistemas, organizar informações e acompanhar processos. 🔵

Perfil organizado, proativo, colaborativo e orientado a resultados.Diferenciais: 🔵

Experiência com CRM, sistemas de gestão comercial ou plataformas de atendimento. 🔵

Vivência com metas de conversão, indicadores comerciais e gestão de funil. 🔵
