Ben jij nauwkeurig, proactief en sterk in administratieve processen? Wij zoeken een HR Supportmedewerker die ons People & Organization-team ondersteunt bij payroll‑databeheer, administratieve P&O‑projecten en het waarborgen van een correcte en tijdige payrolladministratie.

AniCura is een Europese groep van gerenommeerde dierenklinieken gespecialiseerd in diergeneeskundige zorg voor huisdieren en is geboren uit het idee dat het delen van kennis en middelen kansen biedt voor betere diergeneeskunde. Sinds 2018 maakt AniCura deel uit van Mars Veterinary Health, een familiebedrijf gericht op diergeneeskundige zorg en onderdeel van het grotere Mars gekend van de gelijknamige chocoladerepen.

De AniCura praktijken bevinden zich verspreid over heel België. Niet alleen het aantal praktijken groeit fors, ook onze praktijken zelf breiden uit. Wij zijn momenteel op zoek naar een gedreven HR Supportmedewerker om ons Belgische P&O team te versterken.

Wat zijn jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden?

P&O Administratieve Ondersteuning

  • Verzorgen van P&O‑documentatie, archivering en het bewaken van naleving van interne procedures en standaarden.
  • Ondersteunen bij interne P&O‑rapportages en dashboards op het gebied van payroll en P&O‑processen.
  • Ondersteunen bij P&O‑projecten en initiatieven (zoals opvolging van medewerkersbetrokkenheidsonderzoeken), inclusief het monitoren van voortgang en actiepunten.
  • Payroll-voorbereiding en databeheer: Het controleren, valideren en verwerken van payrollgegevens in de HR-systemen en het bieden van brede administratieve ondersteuning (zonder de uiteindelijke loonstrookverwerking zelf uit te voeren).
  • Overzichten bijhouden: Het opstellen en nauwkeurig bijhouden van de compensatie- en salarisgegevens van zowel vaste medewerkers als freelancers/contractors.

Communicatie & Samenwerking

  • Fungeren als betrouwbaar aanspreekpunt voor alle relevante vragen en processen.
  • Proactief communiceren met stakeholders om afwijkingen op te lossen en updates te verstrekken.
  • Samenwerken met Finance om datakwaliteitsstandaarden en data-governance te waarborgen.

Wij zoeken jou!

Skills & Kwalificaties

  • Een bachelor in HR, Bedrijfskunde, Finance of een vergelijkbaar vakgebied (of gelijkwaardige ervaring).
  • 3–5 jaar ervaring in P&O‑ of payroll-gerelateerde functies, met een sterke focus op nauwkeurigheid en datakwaliteit.
  • Ervaring met HRIS‑systemen, payrollplatformen of ervaring met salarisverwerking is een sterke pré.
  • Analytisch vermogen en een gestructureerde manier van werken; in staat om logisch door datavraagstukken heen te redeneren.
  • Zeer nauwkeurig, detailgericht en sterk in administratieve taken.
  • Proactief, georganiseerd en in staat zelfstandig én samen te werken.
  • Een gestructureerde, logische werkmentaliteit.

  • Een heldere, effectieve communicator met een sterke dienstverlening‑ en servicegerichte mindset.
  • Je neemt eigenaarschap, volgt acties op en zorgt dat zaken worden afgerond.
  • Je signaleert knelpunten proactief en komt met ideeën of verbetervoorstellen.
