Abrimos proceso de selección para un/a asistente de la dirección/ Hospital Coordinator en nuestro hospital AniCura Glòries Hospital Veterinari, en Carrer de Bailèn, 28, local, Eixample, 08010 Barcelona.

Principales responsabilidades:

Recursos Humanos

  • Participación en procesos de selección, contratación e integración de nuevos empleados.
  • Control de contratos y procesos de rescisión.
  • Evaluación del desempeño, feedback, planes de desarrollo y gestión de conflictos.
  • Gestión de la nómina con proveedor externo.
  • Apoyo a la implementación de planes de formación.

Liderazgo de equipo: Recepción y auxiliares

  • Organización, dimensionamiento y supervisión del equipo.
  • Asignación de tareas, definición de prioridades y protocolos de trabajo y comunicación.
  • Gestión de horarios, vacaciones, ausencias y seguimiento de asistencia y productividad.
  • Apoyo a la atención al cliente (presupuestos, informes médicos y quejas).

Administrativo y Financiero

  • Validación de facturas, aprobación de pagos y coordinación con contabilidad.
  • Gestión de facturación, precios, deudas, cobranzas y planes de pago.
  • Compras, control de inventario y coordinación de servicios de limpieza y mantenimiento.
  • Control y actualización de cuentas y presupuestos de pacientes hospitalizados.

Optimización Administrativa Operativa

  • Mantenimiento del archivo documental oficial.
  • Garantizar la eficiencia en la entrega de análisis e informes médicos.
  • Desarrollo e implementación de procesos y manuales de gestión de personal.

  • Experiencia en gestión de equipos (imprescindible)
  • Capacidad para gestionar conflictos y trabajar bajo presión
  • Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico
  • Disponibilidad para horario flexible y fines de semana
