Functie:

· Je bent adviseur van woonkredieten en de ermee verbonden producten (verzekeringen en financiële reserve) vanuit het ‘one-stop shop’ principe in het kader van de aanvraag van een hypothecair krediet.

· Je geeft tevens advies over Consumer Finance producten, zoals geldreserve ’s.

· Je verhoogt de uitrustingsgraad van de klanten (via verzekeringen en Consumer Finance-producten) en draagt aldus bij tot de realisatie van de doelstellingen in de Sales Squad.

· Je ziet toe op de servicekwaliteit en de klantentevredenheid door een kredietaanvraag om te vormen tot een unieke klantenervaring.

· Je let op de realisatie van de marges en de kwaliteit van de rentabiliteit van de kredietportefeuille.

· Je werkt digitaal waar mogelijk en helpt onze klanten met digitale transformatie

Profiel:

· Je bent benieuwd & gedreven om onze klanten verder te helpen in alle fases van hun leven

· Je bent enthousiast, gezond assertief en uiteraard met een interesse in bank- en verzekeren

· Je kan je vlot verplaatsen naar ons “state of the art” kantoor te Kalmthout.

· Commerciële flair of ervaring in een soortgelijke functie is uiteraard een groot pluspunt

· Een bachelor diploma (of hoger) is aangewezen voor deze functie, ervaring in een gelijkaardige positie is een pluspunt.
